Salt and Light - Canvas

About this art:

“You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world.” — Matthew 5:13-14

This abstract artwork, Salt and Light, draws from Jesus’ profound words in the Sermon on the Mount. The muted tones and layered textures evoke both the quiet presence of salt—subtle yet transformative—and the gentle radiance of light, illuminating the path in a world of shadows.

The simplicity of the design invites viewers to reflect on their role as Christ’s representatives: preserving what is good, bringing flavor to life, and shining with His love. Let this piece serve as a reminder to live boldly and purposefully, carrying the truth of the Gospel wherever you go.
