1980's

For Kings' Homestead, the 1980s were a time of growing business that was largely operated from the family home.

New Shop

1990's

In the early 1990s, a new shop building was constructed, providing much-needed space for both the workshop and warehouse, replacing the original setup that operated out of just the barn. The King family lived in the adjacent house, keeping the business truly close to home

New Siding

2019

From 2000 to 2019 the business continued to grow and be profitable. Since the business was so close to home, the kids helped out in the shop. This led to, as they got older, taking over parts of the store for their dad. And in 2016 a daughter Anita bought the family business and made some unique and beautiful changes to keep the heritage of Kings Homestead honorable.

Revamping

2025

Since 2016, so much progress has been made in the business. We are so grateful for all the long term relationships we've built over the last several years and are excited about the new connections we're making! Come by our store to be apart of our story!
