Refund policy

All exchanges/returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of order.

Home Decor must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please repack your returns carefully. Refunds on returns will not be given on items that are damaged due to poor return packaging. For your protection we recommend that you insure your returned items.

We make every effort to process your return in a timely manner. You can expect to see a refund within 2 - 3 business days after we receive your returned merchandise. You will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed. Orders placed with a credit card will receive a refund to your credit card. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.
